1. Scope
This policy covers the HubSpot theme Gatehouse - Member Portal and Login Pages ("the theme") and the demo site at gatehouse.allgusto.com. The main All Gusto website at allgusto.com has its own privacy policy.
2. Member data stays in your HubSpot account
The theme runs inside the buyer's HubSpot account. All Gusto receives no member data from the theme. Sign-in, registration, password and form data that members enter on your pages is handled by HubSpot under your HubSpot account. You, as the HubSpot account owner, decide what member data is collected and how it is used. HubSpot's privacy policy and your own privacy policy apply to that data.
3. Information All Gusto receives
All Gusto receives the following:
- Purchase information. When you buy the theme, All Gusto receives your name, email address and order details from HubSpot and Stripe.
- Support emails. When you email info@allgusto.com, we receive what you send (for example your name, email address and the content of your message). Please do not send member personal data to support unless it is needed to solve your issue.
- Demo site. The demo at gatehouse.allgusto.com uses HubSpot cookies and analytics.
4. How we use it
We use this information only to provide support, process purchases and keep records of them. We send product update emails only if you opt in. We do not sell personal information.
5. Sharing
We share information with:
- HubSpot, for marketplace purchases, the theme listing and the demo site.
- Stripe, for payment processing.
- Google Workspace, for email and related business tools.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety or property.
6. Data retention
- Purchase records are kept for 7 years.
- Support emails are kept for 2 years.
We delete personal information on request where the law allows, subject to the retention periods above when a legal duty to keep records applies.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@allgusto.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
California (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise these rights, email info@allgusto.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing and, where applicable, to data portability. Our legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract (purchases and support for the theme you bought), legitimate interests (running the demo site and keeping business records) and consent (update emails). To exercise these rights, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, email info@allgusto.com.
8. Security
Purchase and support information is handled through HubSpot and Stripe. Access within All Gusto is limited to people who need it for support, purchases or records.
9. Changes to this policy
All Gusto may update this policy by posting a revised version with an updated effective date on this page. The revised policy applies from that date.
