This site is information. A form is not a contract.

allgusto.com is a marketing site for All Gusto, LLC. I wrote it so a marketing or RevOps lead can tell whether HubSpot implementation, a portal audit, a migration, or something else is even the right conversation. It is information. It is not a Statement of Work, it is not a quote, and it is not HubSpot's product documentation.

If you fill in the contact form, you have asked me a question. You have not hired me. I have not agreed to log into your portal, migrate Salesforce, rewrite your lifecycle, or start a clock. That happens when both of us sign a Statement of Work that names the work, the hours, and the money. Until then, we are talking.

In scope: what this site is, what a contact is and is not, when an SOW exists, who does the work, and how to treat the copy on these pages. Out of scope: HubSpot's own terms, a client's HubSpot subscription, a privacy recitation (that is the privacy page), and a governing-law clause I have not verified. I will not invent a law firm, a jurisdiction, or a damages cap to make this look thicker.

What this site is

The site explains how I do HubSpot work: implementation, CRM architecture, automation, reporting, migrations, and portal audits. About is the short version of who All Gusto is. The service pages are the long version of how I think about a job. They are still pages on a website. They are not the job.

HubSpot changes. A paragraph about pipelines, permission sets, or the Salesforce connector can age. I do the work in the live portal in front of us, against the objects that are actually there. If a page and the portal disagree, the portal wins, and the SOW wins over the page.

Nothing on this site is legal advice, tax advice, or a substitute for HubSpot's own documentation. If you need HubSpot's product rules, read HubSpot. If you need a portal changed, that is paid work under an SOW.

A contact is not a contract

The live form on Contact and on the homepage asks for Business Email, First Name, Last Name, optional Phone Number, and an optional note about the challenge you are in. I opened those pages on 31 August 2026. Submitting that form sends a record to All Gusto's HubSpot so I can reply. That is a request for a conversation. It is not an engagement letter. It is not a start date. It is not permission to bill.

A reply from me is also not a contract. "Does Friday at 9 work" is logistics. A range of hours in an email is a sketch, not a budget you can invoice against. A recommendation on a call is a recommendation. I have told people the custom integration isn't needed. That sentence does not become a project because it was said out loud.

If we get as far as a written quote or a proposed hour range, that is still a proposal. I can withdraw it. You can ignore it. Either of us can decide the fit is wrong. The document that turns a proposal into work is a Statement of Work both sides sign.

Do not send production credentials in the form. If we later need access, the SOW will say how, and I will ask for it then.

The Statement of Work is the contract

A Statement of Work names the portal, the objects, the hours, the rate or fee, what is in, and what is out. It is the thing I will actually do. If a service page promised a mood and the SOW promised a data model, the SOW is the promise.

Change requests go into writing. If we add a migration mid-implementation, that is a change, not a free extra because the marketing site mentioned migrations. If we discover the pipeline has no deal definition, cleanup comes before the dashboard, and the SOW should say so.

I do not promise zero data loss on a migration, on this site or in an SOW. We plan the move. We do not sell a guarantee. Hours in a proposal are a range for that job, not a statistic about "most portals."

When the SOW ends, your team should be able to run the portal. That is the point of documenting the work. It is also why I will not pretend a Slack thread is the system of record for what we built.

If there is a conflict between this page and a signed SOW, the SOW controls for that engagement. This page is for people who have not signed one yet.

Who does the work

I do. Derek Reynolds. All Gusto is a solo HubSpot consulting practice, a Solutions Partner since 2014. There are no juniors on the delivery. There is no offshore handoff. If a page says "we," it means All Gusto as I run it, or it means your team and I in your portal. It does not mean a bench.

You should expect to deal with me on the working sessions, in the portal, and in the decision log. If that is not what you want, do not hire me. A firm that sells a senior and staffs a rotation is a different product. I am not that product.

I can refuse work. If the request will not work, I will say so before I bill you to build it. Honest over agreeable. That refusal is not a breach of these site terms. These site terms do not require me to take the job.

How you may use this site

You may read it, share a URL with a colleague, and quote a short passage with attribution if you are pointing at the page. You may not copy the service pages and republish them as your own consulting site. The copy on allgusto.com is All Gusto, LLC's. The HubSpot marks are HubSpot's.

Do not scrape the site in a way that knocks it over. Do not use the contact form to send malware, credential dumps, or a list you do not have the right to send. Do not submit the honeypot field on purpose and then argue I owe you a reply. That field is there to stop bots. The privacy page says what I actually keep.

I can change these pages without mailing you. A change does not rewrite a signed SOW. A change also does not create an SOW.

Pages may 404. A missing page is not a hidden promise.

Third-party sites and HubSpot itself

This site links to HubSpot, including product and legal pages, when a claim needs a source. Those links are references. They are not HubSpot selling All Gusto, and they are not All Gusto selling HubSpot's terms as mine. HubSpot's product is HubSpot's. Your subscription with HubSpot is yours.

If you leave this site for HubSpot, Google, Cloudflare, or anyone else, you are on their terms. I linked HubSpot's privacy policy and DPA from the privacy page because the contact form writes there. I did not adopt those documents as All Gusto's contract with you.

FAQ

If I submit the contact form, have I hired you?

No. You asked me to look. I have not agreed to access, hours, or a start date. Hiring happens when we both sign a Statement of Work. Until then you can drop the thread, and so can I.

Is an email quote a contract?

No. A quote, an hour range, or a "roughly 25-35 hours" sketch is a proposal. I use numbers when I have them for a scoped job. Those numbers are not the SOW. Sign the SOW, or it is still a conversation.

Can I treat a service page as the scope?

No. Implementation, portal audit, and Salesforce to HubSpot migration tell you how I think about those jobs. The SOW tells you what I will do in your portal. If you need a line in writing, it goes in the SOW.

Who will be in my HubSpot?

I will. Not a junior, not an offshore pod, not a rotation. If that is not acceptable, do not sign. I would rather lose the work than staff it with people I will not name.

What if a page is wrong about HubSpot?

Tell me. HubSpot ships product changes. I would rather correct a paragraph than defend a stale one. The live portal and the signed SOW still beat the marketing site. Do not build a legal claim on a blog sentence.

Do these terms cover data I send through the form?

The privacy page covers what I collect on this site, where it goes, that I do not sell it, and how to ask me to delete it. Read that page for the form. These terms cover the fact that sending the form is not an engagement.

Can I reuse this copy?

You can link to it. You cannot lift a service page and sell it as your firm's. All Gusto, LLC owns the site copy. HubSpot owns HubSpot.

How do I actually start work?

Write in through contact or email derek@allgusto.com. We talk. If there is a fit, I write a Statement of Work. We both sign it. Then I get into the portal. That order is the whole point of this page.
